J. Christopher Harris, WMCP®, founded Fundamental Advisors, Inc. in 2003 after more than 30 years in the financial services industry. He began his career with leading institutions including Mercer Advisors, Frost Bank, Smith Barney, and Frankwell Investments before establishing his own firm in Houston, Texas, with a focus on helping individuals and families make clear, confident financial decisions.
Chris holds the Wealth Management Certified Professional® (WMCP®) designation and a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University. He has worked extensively with professionals, families, and business owners who want thoughtful, personalized planning. Chris remains connected to his Houston, Texas roots and is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their individual financial clarity.
When not assisting clients, he enjoys exploring new destinations and immersing himself in diverse cultures.
